Non GamStop casinos, also called casinos not on GamStop, are online casinos that are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and do not take part in the GamStop self-exclusion scheme. Some accept or target players in Great Britain, which is an offence for the operator. They advertise bigger bonuses, higher limits and crypto payments, and they sit outside most of the rules that protect players in Great Britain, so this page reads the paperwork before the promotions.

We read the terms we could access and searched the UKGC public register for all nine casinos below. Where a casino prints a licence number, we tried to match it to the issuing regulator's own register or validator; several of those checks were inconclusive, and each fact check says so. We looked at thirteen casinos. Nine are covered here and four are held back, with the reasons set out on this page. None of the nine states a UKGC licence, the UKGC register has no entry for any of them, and only one has a licence number we could match to a regulator's records.
If you are registered with GamStop, this guide is not for you. Please keep your block in place and talk to GamCare on 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland (free, 24 hours a day), or the NHS Wales helpline on 0808 2819 265 if you live in Wales. Free information and support are also available from GambleAware.
Disclosure: the casino listing on this page uses affiliate links, and we earn a commission if you register through them; the amount differs by casino. The listing includes further casinos that this guide does not cover: we have not checked them and say nothing about them here. The order of the listing can reflect our commercial agreements. In the text below the casinos run alphabetically. Neither order is a ranking or a safety rating. 18+ only. Gambling can be addictive.
Non GamStop casinos at a glance
These nine are the casinos whose terms, where we could read them, do not list the United Kingdom among excluded countries. That is not the same as being open to players from Great Britain: none of them invites UK players in its terms, and we could not test sign-up from a UK connection.
| Casino | Licence it states | Verification | Welcome offer (as published) | Minimum withdrawal | GBP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 666Gambit | No regulator or number; says its licence is "valid under Curaçao law" | Not verifiable; operator unnamed; not on the UKGC register | An archived copy showed 300% up to €3,000 + 100 free spins; live offer not confirmed | 100 (€) | Not confirmed |
| Betrolla | "Fully licensed", with no authority or number | Not on the UKGC register or in the Curaçao registry of 20 October 2026 | Standard package 2,500 + 275 free spins over three deposits (site headline says 4,500) | 10 to 50 (pages disagree) | Offered; amounts quoted as EUR/GBP, operating currency is euro |
| Bilucky | None disclosed | No licence; the operator is named only in a Dutch regulator decision; not on the UKGC register | Four deposits, 100% up to 250 + 200 free spins on the first (banner says up to 3,500 + 290 spins) | 10 | Yes; operating currency is euro |
| Britsino | None stated | No licence, operator or address disclosed; not on the UKGC register | Up to £2,000 + 700 free spins over four deposits (top figures need larger deposits) | £20 | Yes |
| Cosmobet | Curaçao OGL/2024/1798/1048 (Santeda International B.V.) | Matches the regulator's seal page and the casino's footer; registry status "Assessment in progress" | Headline up to 400% + 1,000 free spins | €20 | Accepted |
| DiscoWin | No regulator or number; says its licence is valid "under Curacao law" | Not verifiable; operator unnamed; not on the UKGC register | 300% up to €2,250 + 100 free spins, then 300% up to €750 | 100 (€; £100 on its UK banking page) | UK banking page shows GBP; terms in euro |
| Spin Million | Tobique Gaming Commission "#0000024", per its own text | Company name is on the commission's register; number and domain not confirmed; licence text not shown on the pages we saw; not on the UKGC register | Up to €2,000 + 200 free spins over three deposits | 100 (printed €/$/£) | Configured; bonus limits listed in EUR |
| SUPRAplay | "Approved by the authorities in Costa Rica", with no number | Not in the Curaçao registry; operator unnamed on the site; not on the UKGC register | Four deposits, 100% up to 250 + 200 free spins on the first (banner says up to 3,750 + 300 spins) | 10 | Yes; operating currency is euro |
| UnionJackpots | Curaçao "Master License 34389464EU" | Not verified: number follows neither the OGL nor the CGA format (prefix/year/number/number), no issuing authority named, no seal on the site; not on the UKGC register | Four deposits, 400% up to £2,500 on the first, 50 free spins on each (caps add up to 8,000, shown in £ in the promotions; the About page says €4,000) | Not in the terms we read | Unclear: promotions in £, terms in EUR |
Where a casino prints a bare number or "€/$/£", its terms do not say whether the figure is converted for a GBP account, so check the cashier. Betrolla, Bilucky and SUPRAplay write "EUR/GBP" or "€/£" with no conversion rate and say their operating currency is euro, and UnionJackpots' terms are written in euros.
Key takeaways
- None of the nine states a UKGC licence. We searched the UKGC register for all nine and found no entries. GamStop, UKGC-approved dispute resolution (ADR) and the 10x cap on bonus wagering do not apply to these casinos.
- How well each licence can be verified varies. Cosmobet's number matches the regulator's seal page, though the registry status is unclear. Spin Million's operator is on the Tobique register but we could not confirm the number. UnionJackpots prints a number that follows neither the OGL nor the CGA format of current Curaçao certificates. 666Gambit and DiscoWin say only that their licence is valid under Curaçao law. Betrolla says it is "fully licensed" and SUPRAplay says it is approved in Costa Rica, with no authority or number. Britsino and Bilucky disclose no licence at all.
- Headline welcome-bonus wagering is 30x to 50x. That is three to five times the UKGC limit, and several terms do not say whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus.
- Some of these casinos are the same business. Betrolla, Bilucky and SUPRAplay share the same terms template, and a Dutch regulator decision of 24 February 2026 names Fortaprime SRL as the provider of bilucky.com and supraplay.com and fined it €1,795,000 for offering games of chance without a Dutch licence. 666Gambit and DiscoWin use near-identical clauses.
- Cash-out checks are the norm. The terms we read say the casino can ask for ID and other documents before paying out, and withdrawal caps or conditions can matter as much as the headline bonus.
- We held back four casinos. Fortunica and Valter bar UK players in their terms, Aladdin's Gold lists the UK as a country where it takes no real-money wagers, and Winthere's site blocked us (and the terms text we could retrieve lists the UK as not accepted).
- Enforcement is increasing. The UKGC reports about 267,000 URLs removed from search results in all of April 2025 to March 2026 and about 3 million in July to September 2026 alone (it does not explain the jump), and court-ordered powers to suspend domain names and IP addresses, passed in 2026, are not yet in force. The checklist below is how to limit harm if you do play.
What non GamStop casinos are
GamStop is the free national self-exclusion service for online gambling businesses licensed in Great Britain. You choose six months, one year, five years or five years with auto-renewal. Once you register you cannot cancel until the period ends, and GamStop does not end the block when the period ends: it stays in place until you contact GamStop to remove it, or for up to seven more years if you do not. The block covers GB-licensed operators only.
A casino not on GamStop is one that does not take part. In practice it holds an overseas licence (or says it does), or no verifiable licence at all, and it accepts or targets players from Great Britain anyway. These casinos advertise larger welcome packages, higher stakes, crypto deposits and lighter checks at sign-up. Several of those features, such as stake size, bonus size and sign-up checks, are what UK rules restrict, so the trade-off is real: you may get bigger offers and fewer checks, and you lose protection.
The label "not on GamStop" says nothing about whether a casino is trustworthy. It only tells you which scheme it is outside. The questions that do tell you something are who licenses the casino, what its terms allow, and how it treats a withdrawal request.
How we check
- Sources. Casino figures come from each casino's own terms, bonus rules, promotions pages and licence or footer text where we could read them, and from regulators' own pages and registers. Where a casino blocked our checks, we say which source we used instead, and we label review sites as independent sources. The Sources section ends with an evidence log that gives clause numbers.
- Licences. We searched the UKGC public register for all nine casinos and for the operator names we found (Santeda, Fortaprime, Gophoenix) and found no entries. We checked Curaçao licences against the authority's seal pages and its published registry, the Tobique licence against that commission's list of licence holders, and an Anjouan licence against the Anjouan validator. Some of these checks were inconclusive, and each fact check says so.
- Where we checked from. Our checks ran from outside the UK and we did not register an account. UnionJackpots blocked our connection, so we read its terms and promotions from the site's own data feeds. Britsino's front end showed a "Region restricted" page, so we read its terms from the site's back-end host, which we assume mirrors the front end, and its older welcome package from an archived copy. Cosmobet's live terms were read in a browser; its bonus terms come from search-engine excerpts of its promotions page. A UK visitor may see different pages, offers or provider lists.
- What we did not do. We did not deposit money or request withdrawals, so we cannot tell you how quickly any of these casinos pays in practice. Every payout time in this guide is the casino's stated rule. We did not check the other casinos in the listing on this page.
- How the research was done. The source material was gathered with automated retrieval tools and AI assistance, then edited into this page. Checks were made on 24 October 2026, except where we name an archived copy or an excerpt. Casinos change terms without notice, so confirm the live terms before you deposit.
Casino fact checks
Each entry opens with a short verdict, then lists what we could verify and what we could not, and ends with the first thing to check. The entries run alphabetically (numbers first).
666Gambit

666Gambit discloses neither a licence nor an operator, and its two official terms pages disagree on wagering.
- Licence and operator. The footer, terms, About page and bonus terms name no regulator, licence number or operating company. Clause 1.7 says only that "our license" is valid under Curaçao law "irrespective of any local legislation". The privacy policy calls the operator "Company". The UKGC register has no entry.
- Welcome offer. An archived copy showed 300% up to €3,000 + 100 free spins and, elsewhere, a €2,000 package; we could not confirm the live offer. Minimum deposit for a deposit bonus is €15.
- Bonus terms. T&C 11.14 says 30x; the separate bonus-terms page says 50x the bonus amount. Table games, video poker and keno do not count, bonuses expire after 7 days, and requesting a withdrawal forfeits remaining bonus money. Bonus winnings are capped at 5x to 15x the bonus by VIP level. We found no maximum-bet clause.
- Withdrawals. Minimum €100, €1,500 a week (€500 for entry VIP tiers), four free withdrawals a month and then €60 each. If lifetime deposits are €500 or less, the maximum cashout is 10x the deposit that produced the win. Accounts inactive for 180 days are closed with the balance forfeited. Approved withdrawals are processed within one business day after documents.
- UK access. The United Kingdom is not in the clause 4.2 list of countries that are not accepted, and the player must confirm that playing is lawful where they live. NetEnt games are barred in the UK (clause 18).
Check first: which company operates 666Gambit and which regulator issued its licence, in writing from support.
Betrolla

Betrolla calls itself fully licensed but names no authority, and its own pages disagree with each other on bonus size, limits and game counts.
- Licence and operator. "Licensed" or "fully licensed" appears on four pages, with no authority, number or seal link, although the About page tells you to check the footer. Betrolla is not on the UKGC register or in the Curaçao registry of 20 October 2026. The only operator name is in the site's own code, shown only to signed-in users of one account group: Fortaprime SRL, described there as a Costa Rican company. A look-alike site, betrolla.uk.com, claims a UKGC licence number that returns no result on the register.
- Welcome offer. Standard package 100% up to 500 + 150 free spins, 50% up to 1,000 + 75 spins and 75% up to 1,000 + 50 spins: 2,500 + 275 spins (EUR/GBP). The banner says "up to 4500", which by our arithmetic adds an alternative high-roller offer (50% up to 2,000, minimum deposit 1,000); the casino does not explain it, and its terms say deposit bonuses are not added up. Pages also disagree on first-deposit spins (150 or 200) and minimum deposit (10 or 20).
- Bonus terms. 40x, base not stated. Maximum bet 5, deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal, and withdrawing early forfeits the bonus and its winnings. Expiry is not disclosed.
- Withdrawals. 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week and 50,000 a month in the terms, while the FAQ says no extra limits. Minimum 10 in the terms and 20 to 50 on the payments page. It aims to pay within 12 hours; cards and bank transfers take 1 to 5 banking days. KYC at cash-out can include a selfie, call or video; an account is locked if you cannot be reached within two weeks of a withdrawal request.
- Games. Counts run from "2000+" to "almost 12000" on different pages, and the lobby counter showed 12,896. The provider filter listed 126 studios, but the terms reproduce a NetEnt notice that excludes the UK. Crash games yes; no sportsbook found.
- UK access. The UK is not on the restricted list, but the terms accept players only where online gambling is allowed by law and leave that check to you. We did not test registration from the UK.
Check first: whether Betrolla will name its licensing authority and licence number in writing, and which of its contradictory limits applies to your account.
Bilucky

Bilucky discloses no licence and no operator, and the Dutch regulator has fined the company it identifies behind the site.
- Licence and operator. The homepage says "licensed" but no page names an authority or number, and the terms name no operating company. The Dutch Gambling Authority (KSA) decision of 24 February 2026 names Fortaprime SRL, a Costa Rican company, as the provider of bilucky.com and fined it €1,795,000 for offering games of chance without a Dutch licence. The UKGC register has no entry for Bilucky or Fortaprime.
- Welcome offer. Four deposits: 100% up to 250 + 200 free spins, 100% up to 250 + 30 spins (the promotions page says 50%), 25% up to 500 + 30 spins and 25% up to 500 + 30 spins. The banner says up to 3,500 + 290 spins while the body text says 1,500 + 290.
- Bonus terms. 40x, base not stated; free spins 50x unless stated otherwise. Maximum bet 5, minimum deposit 20, every deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal.
- Withdrawals. Minimum 10; 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week, 50,000 a month. It aims to pay within 12 hours, cards 1 to 3 banking days. KYC on request before payouts, with a two-week deadline after which the account is locked and winnings confiscated. Dormant accounts pay 10 a month after 12 months, and disputes go to arbitration in Cyprus.
- Games. The homepage says "almost 11000" games from 100+ providers, while an old About page says 2,000. Live casino and crash games yes; no sportsbook advertised.
- UK access. The UK is not on the restricted list (bonus terms exclude only Croatia and Serbia); the terms put the legal check on you, and NetEnt games exclude the UK.
Check first: the licence, in writing, and whether you are comfortable with an operator the Dutch regulator has fined.
Britsino

Britsino has a large lobby (8,162 games in its lobby data on 24 October 2026) and the thinnest paperwork: no licence, operating company, address or governing law disclosed, and two versions of its terms that disagree.
- Licence. None disclosed. The terms (web version effective 16.09.2025), bonus rules, privacy policy and footer name no authority, licence number, company, address or governing law. The UKGC register has no entry. Look-alike sites claim a UK licence for the brand.
- Welcome offer. Up to £2,000 + 700 free spins over four deposits with lootboxes or scratch cards. The top figures need larger deposits: £20 buys 100% up to £100 + 80 spins, £60 up to £300 + 150 spins and £180 up to £600 + 300 spins. A header banner still says "up to 1000 EUR + 200 FS". Lootbox cash prizes are capped at £300 although prizes up to £10,000 are advertised.
- Bonus terms. "The bonus must be wagered x35", base not stated (lootboxes 35x, scratch cards 20x). Minimum deposit £20, maximum bet £5, valid 7 days, maximum win 10x the bonus, spin winnings capped at £100.
- Withdrawals. Minimum £20; £2,000 a day, £5,000 a week, £20,000 a month. The web terms say deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal; the official PDF says once and adds Monday-to-Friday processing after verification. The payments page says cards 1 to 3 banking days, e-wallets and crypto within 24 hours.
- Account rules. Dormant accounts (90 days) may be closed with the balance retained, the casino can ban players without explanation, and complaints close automatically after 96 hours without a reply.
- Games and tools. The lobby figure changes, and the casino's archived FAQ claimed 6,000+ slots. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw and Nolimit City were not in the provider list we pulled. Limits are set through support; reality checks and GamStop are not mentioned.
- UK access. The UK is not on the restricted-country list and GBP is offered. We did not test registration.
Check first: which company operates Britsino and which regulator it answers to, in writing from support, before you deposit anything.
Cosmobet

Cosmobet is the only one of the nine whose licence number matches a regulator's seal page, but the registry status is unclear and the casino's footer cites a repealed law.
- Licence. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's seal page shows licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, operator Santeda International B.V. (company number 151296), granted 14 August 2024 and marked Active; the casino's footer repeats the same number and company. The authority's registry of 20 October 2026 lists the licence as "Assessment in progress", issued 24 June 2025, with a printed expiry of 24 December 2025, and we could not tell from the registry whether it is in force today. The footer cites the old Offshore Games of Hazard ordinance (NOOGH), while the seal page cites the 2024 ordinance that replaced it.
- Terms. Terms last updated 05.05.2026. The excluded countries are Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and FATF blacklisted countries; the UK is not listed, but the casino accepts players only where online gambling is allowed by law and may refuse any other country at its discretion.
- Welcome offer. Headline up to 400% + 1,000 free spins; the first deposit is 100% up to 500 + up to 250 spins. Per excerpts of its promotions page: 30x on deposit plus bonus, 7 days, slots only, maximum bet 5 per spin, minimum deposit 20. Winnings from deposit bonuses are capped at 10x the qualifying deposit (T&C 7.2), and no-deposit or free-spin winnings at 100.
- Withdrawals. Minimum €20, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month (VIP limits may differ); wins above €15,000 may be paid in monthly instalments. Deposits must be wagered once, and processing costs can be charged if you bet less than 3x your deposit.
- Games and tools. No official game count; an archived footer showed ten studios including Booongo, Evoplay, Habanero, BGaming, Playson and Endorphina. A sportsbook is offered. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion pages exist but we did not read them.
- UK access. A restricted-access page on cosmobet.one was once indexed with "Location check United Kingdom Not supported"; we could not reproduce it in a browser, and we do not know which location our browser appeared from.
Check first: the registry status of the licence and whether the site accepts a registration from your location.
DiscoWin

DiscoWin names no operator and no regulator, and its documents contradict each other on wagering and fees.
- Licence and operator. T&C 1.7 says only that the licence is "valid within its defined scope and jurisdiction, as determined under Curacao law", and the privacy policy calls the operator "Company". No number, regulator or seal; no matching entry in the Curaçao registry, and no UKGC entry. Look-alike domains claim other licences and offers.
- Welcome offer. 300% up to €2,250 + 100 free spins (10 a day for 10 days), then 300% up to €750: €3,000 in total. Amounts are in euros.
- Bonus terms. T&C 11.14 and the FAQ say 30x; the bonus terms say 50x the bonus amount including winnings; free spins carry 150x. A withdrawal request forfeits all remaining bonus money. Cashout from bonuses is capped at 5x or 10x depending on VIP tier, and the excess is voided.
- Withdrawals. Minimum €100 (£100 on its UK banking page, wire or crypto only; funds cannot go to a card). €1,500 a week (€500 for entry VIP tiers), four free withdrawals a month and then €60 each, although the FAQ says there are no fees. If lifetime deposits are €500 or less, the cashout cap is 10x the deposit. Processing is one business day in the terms, but the FAQ says up to 2 business days for approval plus 3 to 5 for the bank.
- Games. The official page says "More than 400 games"; the lobby showed 361 titles. Live casino and arcade games yes; no sportsbook.
- Tools. The responsible gambling page offers advice and a BeGambleAware link but lists no self-exclusion, cool-off or reality-check tool. GamStop is not mentioned.
- UK access. The UK is not on the list of excluded countries; NetEnt games exclude it. We did not test registration.
Check first: which wagering figure (30x or 50x) applies to your bonus, and how to set a deposit limit given that no tool is listed.
Spin Million

Spin Million is the only casino on this list whose operator name appears on a regulator's register, but that register shows no licence numbers or domains, so the licence still cannot be pinned to the site.
- Operator and licence. The text of the site's licence statement is stored in its own language file, not on any page we could see. It names Gophoenix Solutions Limited (described as a Costa Rican company with a Cyprus parent) and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence "#0000024". On our connection, which was not in the UK, the footer and terms page showed no licence text. The commission's register lists the operator name (one B2C entry, expiry 29 August 2027) but no numbers or domains. Its validator returned "invalid" for the domain, but it did the same for control domains, so that proves nothing either way.
- Seal. The site's code loads a licence-seal script from seals.dlaggllobal.com, and that script builds a link to validate.thatgc.ca. Neither is the commission's own address (it uses validate.thetgc.ca). No seal was displayed on our connection and we do not know who runs those domains. We did not find the site on the commission's list of fraudulent sites, but that list says it is not exhaustive. Verify the licence on the commission's site, not through any badge.
- Welcome offer. Up to €2,000 + 200 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to €750 + 100 spins + a Wheel of Luck spin, 50% up to €500 + 50 spins, 50% up to €750 + 50 spins. Minimum deposit €30.
- Bonus terms. 35x on deposit plus bonus, 7 days. A bet must stay below 20% of the active bonus and below €8; the terms conflict at exactly €8, so stay under it. Live, table, crash and progressive games count 0%. Winnings from free bonuses and spins are capped at 100 (scope for welcome spins unclear).
- Withdrawals and account rules. Minimum 100, maximum 5,000 per transaction and 10,000 every 10 business days, with a pending period up to 48 hours. In the terms you waive the right to chargebacks; inactive accounts pay 10 a month after three months; complaints must be raised within 7 business days and no dispute body is named.
- Games and tools. Live dealer, crash and sports; no game count before login. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; cooling-off and self-exclusion through support.
- UK access. The UK is not on the restricted list, but the terms never mention it. We did not test registration.
Check first: ask the commission, not the casino, to confirm in writing that spinmillion.com is covered by the licence, and read the inactivity and complaint-deadline clauses.
SUPRAplay

SUPRAplay makes a vague Costa Rica approval claim, names no operator, and its marketing text contradicts its binding bonus terms.
- Licence and operator. The homepage says the casino is "approved by the authorities in Costa Rica", with no regulator, number or seal; Costa Rica has no online gambling licence regime (see below). No company is named in the terms. The Dutch KSA decision of 24 February 2026 names Fortaprime SRL as the provider of supraplay.com. No entry on the UKGC register or in the Curaçao registry.
- Welcome offer. Four deposits: 100% up to 250 + 200 free spins (20 a day for 10 days), 50% up to 500 + 50 spins, 25% up to 500 + 30 spins, 25% up to 750 + 30 spins. The homepage text sums to "up to 2,000 EUR with 310 free spins" while the banner reads "up to 3750 EUR/GBP + 300".
- Bonus terms. 40x in the binding bonus terms (the homepage's "x3" wording is marketing copy and conflicts with them). Base not stated; every deposit must also be wagered 3x before withdrawal. Maximum bet 5, minimum deposit 20; table, roulette and crash count 5%.
- Withdrawals. Minimum 10; 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week, 50,000 a month. It aims to pay within 12 hours; the table says 1 to 3 banking days. KYC on request with a two-week deadline, after which the account is locked and winnings confiscated.
- Games and tools. The homepage says "over 5,000" games and the lobby API returned far more, so treat counts as unreliable; live casino yes, no sportsbook. PWA only. Deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion and session limits; crypto deposits cannot be limited; no reality checks found.
- UK access. The UK is not on the restricted list and GBP is supported, but the terms accept players only where online gambling is allowed by law and NetEnt games exclude the UK. We did not test registration.
Check first: the real operator and licence, in writing, and which of the 3x, 40x or other wagering rules applies to your deposit.
UnionJackpots

UnionJackpots has the biggest headline package on the list. Its licence claim cannot be verified, its operator is vague and several payout rules favour the casino. This is information, not a recommendation.
- Licence and operator. The licence page says "Master License 34389464EU granted by the Curaçao" and names no authority. The number follows neither the OGL nor the CGA format (prefix/year/number/number) used on current Curaçao certificates, and the site shows no seal. The authority's certificate site has no search by number, so a "not found" there proves nothing, and we could not match the number to any record. The page also cites a "permit number DEAJS/SCFVF/P-06/2005" from a "General Directorate of Games and Sweepstakes", an issuing body we could not identify. The terms name "UnionJackpots LTD" with two street addresses and no country or company number.
- Domains. No single stable address; the brand redirects to rotating mirror domains, which is a warning sign in itself. Look-alike and affiliate sites use the brand name.
- Welcome offer. Four deposits: 400% up to £2,500 + 50 free spins, 250% up to £2,500 + 50 spins, 300% up to £2,000 + 50 spins, 150% up to £1,000 + 50 spins. The caps add up to 8,000 (the promotion copy shows £, the terms use euros), double the €4,000 on the About page.
- Bonus terms. Default 30x "any bonus", while a worked example applies 25x to deposit plus bonus. Maximum bet €10; table and live games count 10%, baccarat 0%. The casino can cut bonus percentages to 25% for players it judges to have too many bonuses.
- Withdrawals. No cap published, but payments go in €5,000 instalments once lifetime withdrawals reach five times lifetime deposits, and withdrawals are limited to ten times your last deposit if lifetime deposits are €200 or less (the excess is forfeited). Large winnings may be paid monthly, fees are both allowed and denied, accounts inactive for 12 months pay €5 a month, and payouts run Monday to Friday after up to 48 hours pending. ID can be requested at any time, including at deposit.
- Games and tools. It states 3,000+ games from 49 providers (including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Microgaming), with Vivo live and a crash category; the sportsbook appears switched off. Cooling-off and self-exclusion are set through support; the policy describes no deposit-limit tool.
- UK access. The UK is not excluded, but clause 4.1 limits acceptance to places where online casinos are permitted by law. We could not test registration because the site blocked our connection.
Check first: the issuing authority behind "Master License 34389464EU", and the real operating company and its country.
Side by side, Cosmobet is the only one with a licence number that matches a regulator's seal page, Spin Million is the only other whose operator appears on a register, and Britsino and Bilucky disclose no licence at all. Betrolla, Bilucky and SUPRAplay share an operator and template, and 666Gambit and DiscoWin read like twins. On the main welcome packages the headline multiples run from 30x to 50x (Britsino's scratch-card rewards carry 20x, and UnionJackpots' worked example uses 25x).
Casinos we held back
A list that recommends a casino you may not be allowed to use is not helpful. We checked these four and did not list them.
- Fortunica. Clause 4.5 of its terms (last updated 05.11.2025 as printed) lists the United Kingdom and Great Britain among jurisdictions where accounts, deposits and use are not permitted. Three sister domains running the same site say the same. The Curaçao licence number cited in its policies appears on a certificate whose approved-domain list shows a different site.
- Valter. Its terms (clause 4.2), AML/KYC policy and risk statement list the United Kingdom among excluded jurisdictions.
- Aladdin's Gold. Its terms (clause 10 of the player representations) list the United Kingdom, expressly including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar, as places where it does not accept real-money wagers. Its Anjouan licence matches the Anjouan validator, which is a reminder that a verified licence is no guarantee of UK access.
- Winthere. Its site showed us a geo-block page, so we could not read the live terms. The terms text we could retrieve from the site's data feed (clause 4.2) lists the United Kingdom among countries from which players are not accepted. That text may be a generic template and reviews disagree on UK access, so we have not listed it. The text we saw names no licensing authority, licence number or operating company.
Non GamStop casinos vs UKGC-licensed casinos
The rules in the middle column apply to casinos licensed by the UKGC. They are the baseline you give up when you play at a casino not on GamStop.
| Topic | UKGC-licensed casino | The nine listed casinos |
|---|---|---|
| Self-exclusion | Covered by GamStop, which covers online businesses licensed in Great Britain | None of those we could read mentions GamStop; most tools are set up through support, one casino at a time |
| Online slot stakes | £5 per game cycle for players aged 25 and over, £2 for 18 to 24 (limits in force since 9 April and 21 May 2025; UKGC guidance) | The UKGC limit does not apply; each casino sets its own |
| Bonus wagering | Maximum 10x the bonus since 19 January 2026 (UKGC consultation response) | Headline welcome offers carry 30x to 50x in the terms we read |
| Autoplay and speed | Autoplay banned on slots since 31 October 2021 and on all online gaming since 17 January 2025 (RTS 8); slot game cycles must start at least 2.5 seconds apart (RTS 14; dates on the UKGC changes page) | UKGC technical standards do not apply |
| Credit cards | Banned for gambling in Great Britain since 14 April 2020 (UKGC) | We did not check whether these casinos block credit cards |
| Where complaints go | The operator first, then a UKGC-approved free ADR provider if the operator has not resolved the complaint within eight weeks (UKGC guidance) | Whichever regulator or dispute body the licence names, if any. Britsino and Bilucky disclose no licence at all; Betrolla, SUPRAplay, DiscoWin and 666Gambit name no regulator; UnionJackpots names no issuing authority and its terms make the casino's decision final |
The stake and speed rules cover online slots, the autoplay ban covers all online gaming, and the wagering cap covers casino bonuses, all at UKGC licensees. Because those rules bind only UKGC licensees, an offshore casino can attach 35x wagering to a welcome package, which a UK-licensed site cannot do.
Non GamStop casino licences and how to verify them
Curaçao
Curaçao's National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK) was approved by Parliament on 17 December 2024 and took effect on 24 December 2024. It replaced the old master-licence system, under which a handful of master licence holders issued sub-licences, with direct licensing by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, an independent administrative body. The authority can require ownership structures, beneficial owners above 10% and the origin of funds. Certificates carry numbers such as OGL/2024/1798/1048, and newer licences use a CGA/2025/... prefix with the same four-part pattern. Each certificate page lists the approved domains, which is how you tie a licence to a website. The authority's registry is a PDF listing number, licensee, status and expiry but no domains, and the certificate page is normally reached from the seal on the casino's site. For the legal background, see the Legal 500 country guide; the authority's certificate site is cert.cga.cw.
Anjouan
Anjouan's validator describes licences as issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and it takes the domain and a seal identifier. It can list excluded territories: for one brand we checked, the United Kingdom is on that list.
Tobique Gaming Commission
The commission, based in Canada's Tobique First Nation, publishes a list of licence holders that shows company name, expiry date and licence type but no licence numbers or domains. The commission's validator page describes its own self-exclusion programme for licensed sites; that is not GamStop.
Costa Rica
Costa Rica has no online gambling licensing regime. Operators there typically hold a municipal business permit, sometimes sold as a "data processing" licence. Law 9050 of 2012 taxes casinos and companies that process electronic bets, but it does not license online casinos. A Costa Rican company registration, which is all we found in Betrolla's code, and a homepage claim of approval by "the authorities in Costa Rica" at SUPRAplay are not gambling licences.
How to verify a licence in five steps
- Find the licence statement in the casino footer or terms. If there is none, that is your answer.
- Write down the regulator, licence number and company name exactly as printed.
- Go to the regulator's own site by typing its address yourself. If the casino shows a seal, trust it only if the address bar then shows the regulator's domain (for Curaçao, cert.cga.cw).
- Check that the licensee's name, the number and the status appear in the regulator's published register, and that the casino's domain appears where the register shows domains. The Curaçao certificate site has no search box, the Curaçao registry lists name, number and status but not domains, and the Tobique list shows only company name, expiry and type. If the register cannot show the domain, treat the licence as unconfirmed.
- Check the status and expiry date. Treat any gap between the casino's wording and the register as a reason to wait.
Red flags
- "Fully licensed" with no authority or number.
- A licence number in a format the named regulator does not use.
- A seal or validator link that points to a look-alike domain instead of the regulator's own.
- A company name that appears only in code or small print, with no country or registration number.
- A UKGC licence claimed by a casino that is not on the UKGC's public register. Copy sites do this; the register is the check.

What wagering costs in practice
A wagering requirement is the amount you must bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The arithmetic is simple, and the base matters. Assume you deposit £100 and take a £100 bonus:
| Requirement | If it applies to the bonus only | If it applies to deposit plus bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 10x (UKGC maximum) | £1,000 | Not allowed |
| 30x (UnionJackpots default, Cosmobet, T&C figure at 666Gambit and DiscoWin) | £3,000 | £6,000 |
| 35x (Britsino, Spin Million) | £3,500 | £7,000 |
| 40x (Betrolla, Bilucky, SUPRAplay) | £4,000 | £8,000 |
| 50x (bonus-terms pages at 666Gambit and DiscoWin) | £5,000 | £10,000 |
Cosmobet and Spin Million state that their multiple covers deposit plus bonus. The others do not say clearly, and UnionJackpots' worked example applies 25x to deposit plus bonus, so assume the higher figure until their support confirms otherwise. Then read three more clauses before you accept any bonus: the maximum bet while the bonus is active, which games count (several terms give table, live and crash games 0% to 10%), and what happens if you withdraw early. At every casino here you forfeit the bonus and its winnings if you withdraw before you finish wagering.
Payments, withdrawals and ID checks
| Casino | Minimum | Limits | Processing | ID checks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 666Gambit | 100 (€) | €1,500 a week (€500 for entry VIP tiers); 4 free withdrawals a month, then €60 | Within one business day after documents | Documents required; 10x-deposit cap if lifetime deposits are €500 or less |
| Betrolla | 10 to 50 | 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week, 50,000 a month (the FAQ says no extra limits) | Aims for 12 hours; cards and bank transfers 1 to 5 banking days | At cash-out; selfie, call or video possible |
| Bilucky | 10 | 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week, 50,000 a month | Aims for 12 hours; cards 1 to 3 banking days | On request; two-week deadline, then lock and confiscation |
| Britsino | £20 | £2,000 a day, £5,000 a week, £20,000 a month | Cards 1 to 3 banking days, e-wallets and crypto within 24 hours; the PDF says Monday to Friday after verification | On request and before withdrawals; no thresholds published |
| Cosmobet | €20 | €7,500 a week, €15,000 a month; larger wins in monthly instalments | Not stated in the terms we read | See the casino's KYC policy page (not read) |
| DiscoWin | 100 (€; £100 on UK page) | €1,500 a week (€500 for entry VIP tiers); 4 free withdrawals a month, then €60 (FAQ says no fees) | One business day in the terms; FAQ says up to 2 days for approval plus 3 to 5 for the bank | Photo ID, proof of address and card copy within 72 hours |
| Spin Million | 100 (printed €/$/£) | 5,000 per transaction; 10,000 every 10 business days | Pending up to 48 hours; audit up to 7 business days at 5,000 or more | At withdrawal, and can be asked again at later deposits |
| SUPRAplay | 10 | 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week, 50,000 a month | Aims for 12 hours; 1 to 3 banking days | On request; two-week deadline, then lock and confiscation |
| UnionJackpots | Not in the terms we read | None published; instalment and small-depositor rules apply | Says it tries to pay instantly or within an hour; Monday to Friday after up to 48 hours pending; bank transfers 3 to 10 banking days | Can be requested at any time, including at deposit; notarised copies for large withdrawals |
Four things recur in the terms we could read. ID checks usually come when you try to withdraw, although several casinos can also ask at deposit or at any time, so expect a delay at that point. Many send withdrawals back to the method you deposited with, and most ban third-party payments. A pending period, an internal audit or a weekend can add days to any stated time. And most prohibit or penalise VPN use or masking your IP address, and several say winnings can be withheld or confiscated.
Payment lists differ and often cannot be seen before you log in. Cards and crypto appear at most of them. Confirm the methods and fees in the cashier before you deposit, and use a method in your own name.
Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
At a UKGC casino, limits, reality checks and the national self-exclusion scheme are built in. At the casinos in this guide you manage most of it yourself, and several of the tools only exist if you ask support to switch them on.
| Casino | Deposit or loss limits | Cooling-off and self-exclusion | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 666Gambit | Not confirmed | Page linked in the footer; text not read | GamStop not mentioned in what we read |
| Betrolla | Deposit, loss and wager limits; increases need email confirmation | Cooling-off; self-exclusion (limit-based or by email) | Session limits; crypto deposits cannot be limited; no reality checks found |
| Bilucky | Deposit, loss and wager limits | Cooling-off; self-exclusion for a fixed period or by email | Session limit 6 to 1,000,000 minutes; crypto deposits cannot be limited |
| Britsino | Deposit, loss and wager limits, set through support | Cooling-off and self-exclusion | Session limit 6 to 1,000,000 minutes; reality checks not mentioned |
| Cosmobet | Not confirmed | Responsible gambling and self-exclusion pages exist; not read | Independent reviews conflict |
| DiscoWin | Advice only; no tool listed on the page | None listed | BeGambleAware link; GamStop not mentioned |
| Spin Million | Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits | Through support | No reality checks found |
| SUPRAplay | Deposit, loss and wager limits | Cooling-off, self-exclusion and session limits | Crypto deposits cannot be limited; no reality checks found |
| UnionJackpots | The policy describes none | Through support: 24 hours, one month, six months or permanent | GamStop not mentioned |
Before you deposit at a non GamStop casino
- Decide a monthly budget you can lose without affecting rent, food or bills. Ask support in writing to set a deposit limit before your first deposit and keep the reply. If the casino cannot or will not set one, do not deposit.
- Ask support in writing how to switch on cooling-off and self-exclusion.
- Ask your bank about a gambling block on your cards, and consider blocking software on your devices.
- Keep a small balance. Withdrawing before wagering is finished usually forfeits a bonus and its winnings, so consider skipping the bonus; without one, withdraw winnings promptly rather than leaving them on the account.
Signs it is becoming a problem
- Chasing losses or depositing again to win back what you lost
- Borrowing money or using money meant for essentials
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends
- Playing longer or spending more than you planned
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you cannot play
If any of this sounds familiar, stop and get support. GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland, 24 hours a day, and the NHS Wales helpline is 0808 2819 265. GambleAware offers free information and support. To block UK-licensed sites, register with GamStop. GamStop reported on 16 July 2026 that 614,738 consumers were currently on Gamstop Online, and that more than one in two had chosen the maximum five-year exclusion. If you are already registered, please do not look for ways around it.
Great Britain: law and enforcement in 2026
Offering gambling to people in Great Britain without a UKGC licence is an offence for the operator under section 33 of the Gambling Act 2005. The Act's offences and the UKGC's powers apply in Great Britain; Northern Ireland has its own gambling law, which this guide does not cover. None of the nine listed casinos states a UKGC licence, so do not assume UKGC consumer protection at any of them. This is not legal advice.
- Search removals. The UKGC says that after identifying an unlicensed site it gives the operator 48 hours to block Great Britain, writes to the registrar and host, and sends all URLs to Google and Bing for removal from UK results (UKGC disruption report). Its impact metrics show about 267,000 URLs removed in April 2025 to March 2026 and about 3.0 million in July to September 2026; the page gives no explanation for the jump, so treat it with caution.
- Illegal Gambling Taskforce. Launched in January 2026, it brings together major companies including Google, Mastercard, TikTok and Visa with law enforcement and gambling bodies, with sub-groups on payments, online advertising and enforcement (GOV.UK, terms of reference).
- Suspension orders. The Crime and Policing Act 2026 received Royal Assent on 29 April 2026. Once section 170 and Schedule 18 are brought into force, a Crown Court judge (a sheriff in Scotland) will be able to order a domain registry or registrar to suspend a domain name, or an "IP address provider" to suspend an IP address, for up to 12 months, where there are reasonable grounds to believe it is being used for serious crime. Serious crime connected with unlicensed gambling (an offence under section 33 of the Gambling Act 2005) is one of the alternative conditions a court can rely on, alongside use by a UK person or against a UK victim. The conduct must still count as "serious crime", and the court must find the order necessary and proportionate. On 24 October 2026 the legislation site still showed section 170 as not in force. The Government says these orders will primarily be served internationally, on registries and registrars outside the UK (GOV.UK factsheet).
- Funding. The November 2025 Budget gave the UKGC an extra £26 million over three years for illegal-market work, starting in April 2026 (UKGC financial forecast).
For players the practical effects are access that can change, payment providers that may block transactions, and no UK regulator to turn to when something goes wrong. The checklist above is how to limit harm if you do play.
Bottom line
A casino not on GamStop is a different product from a UK-licensed casino, and the differences are the ones that matter when something goes wrong. Of the nine casinos covered here, only Cosmobet shows a licence number we could match to a regulator's seal page, and even that licence has an unclear registry status. Spin Million's operator is on a register but its number is unconfirmed, and the rest disclose no licence or only a vague claim; three of them share an operator that a European regulator has fined. If you still decide to play, verify the licence yourself, read the wagering and withdrawal clauses first, and set a deposit limit before your first deposit. For anyone who is self-excluded, or who gambles to escape stress or debt, the answer is no: stop, and contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland, or the NHS Wales helpline on 0808 2819 265 in Wales.

FAQ
Are casinos not on GamStop legal?
The law targets the operator: providing gambling to people in Great Britain without a UKGC licence is an offence. We cannot give legal advice. What we can say is that you lose UKGC protection, GamStop and UKGC-approved dispute resolution when you play at a casino that does not hold a UKGC licence.
Can I play at these casinos if I am registered with GamStop?
No. If you have registered with GamStop, please do not play at any of these casinos. Self-exclusion only works if you keep to it. Keep your registration in place, use bank and device blocks, and contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 (England and Scotland) or the NHS Wales helpline on 0808 2819 265 (Wales).
How do I check a casino's licence?
Copy the regulator, number and company name from the casino, open the regulator's own website by typing the address, and confirm that the company, the number and, where the register shows them, the domain all appear. For Curaçao, open the certificate through the seal, check that the address bar shows cert.cga.cw and that the certificate lists the casino's domain, and compare the number with the authority's published registry. For the UK, use the UKGC public register. Skip any badge that links to a look-alike domain.
Why do bonuses here have such high wagering?
No UK cap applies to them. The UKGC limits bonus wagering to 10x since 19 January 2026, while the headline welcome offers we read ask for 30x to 50x, which means you must bet a multiple of what you receive before withdrawing winnings.
How long do withdrawals take?
The terms we read mention anything from "within an hour" (UnionJackpots' stated aim) to 3 to 10 banking days for bank transfers, plus pending periods and audits of up to 7 business days at Spin Million. We did not test payouts, so use the stated times as the casino's rules, not as our experience.
What happens if a casino does not pay?
Start with the casino's complaints process and keep every message, and note that Spin Million's terms void complaints raised after 7 business days and Britsino closes complaints after 96 hours without a reply. Then contact the regulator named on its licence, if there is one, and ask whether it handles player complaints. At casinos that name no licence, there is no regulator to ask, which is the main risk of this category.
